Returns & Exchanges Policy


I. General Principles

1. We are committed to protecting consumer rights. If the product has no quality issues and meets the return/exchange conditions, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.

2. The product must remain intact, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

3. The original proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice) must be provided.


II. Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Submit a request via the email stating the reason and providing order details.

2. Review & Confirmation: Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

3. Return the Product: If approved, return the item to the designated address (keep the shipping receipt for reference).

4. Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.


III. Cost Responsibility

1. Quality issues: The return/exchange shipping fee is covered by us.

2. Non-quality issues: The return shipping fee is covered by the customer.

3. Any price difference due to exchanges will be adjusted accordingly.


IV. Important Notes

1. Return/exchange timelines may be affected by shipping delays, holidays, etc.

2. If the product price drops after purchase, the refund will be based on the original purchase price. If the price increases, the refund will still be based on the purchase price.

3. Customers found abusing the return/exchange policy may have their service restricted.

4. For International orders: Returns/exchanges must comply with customs and shipping regulations, and additional duties or fees may apply.

5. For Promotional items: Return/exchange policies for sale items are subject to the promotion details.


V. Disclaimer

1. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges due to damage caused by improper storage or handling by the customer.

2. Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) are not considered a violation of policy.
